I found Marcelo kept me up to date in terms of his progress throughout the work he did for me, took time to explain his findings and provided quotes in a short time frame and kept the areas he worked in tidy. He was also punctual confirming beforehand his arrival time. I would certainly look to use Marcelo again and recommend him.
