Marcelo is a very nice person. He helped me to replace the leaking toilet. It’s a good job, and my family are very happy with that. I highly recommend him to all residents in hills district. If you perfer emailing to a plumber, he is definitely the best choice.

When looking for an Electrician: Call a Plumber.....!! Marcelo is without a doubt one of the best tradesman I have ever worked with. He arrived on time got straight to the job iemy cistern in the toilet had fallen off the wall.He worked to fix the problem, tested the toilet and cleaned up when he finished. Marcelo is a great and friendly guy, and was very helpful in locating a leaking problem that several plumbers in the past had missed. Turns out that our upstairs shower was almost a death trap, and if it was used much more, our upstairs shower might have turned into a downstairs bath. He was also great in getting us in contact with someone to make the repairs. Would recommend!

Had a natural gas BBQ which constantly stopped working. The manufacturer kept saying it could not be the products fault. Like most of the other reviews I can highly recommend Marcelo and Tap This Plumbing. He was going to be early to the appointment he so called ahead, and wore special covers on his shoes as to to not to bring dirt into the house which showed he had the customer in mind. He fixed the sink with no absolutely no fuss. He did not try to sell me anything and I was definitely not overcharged.An absolute delight to deal with and will certainly get him back in the future for some further works we have planned.

Marcelo was incredibly helpful in an emergency plumbing situation. He readily identified the issue and set about trying to resolve it in the most cost effective way. I have used Tap This Plumbing a few times for different issues. From sorting out a blocked kitchen drain to professional installation of dental equipments.When Marcello came out for the blocked drain, he did a very thorough assessment of the issue. He also gave us tips on how to prevent the similar issues from occurring. It was resolved in a very timely manner. Work was very neat too, he left no mess to clean.When he came out for the in stallion of the dental equipment, the attention to details was immaculate. He followed the installation plan and worked and communicated with the other technicians very well.I find Marcello a very friendly and helpful person. He is very professional, knowledgable and has a good sense of humour. To my surprise, he even know how to operate heavy machines to deal with bigger issues such as storm water drains. He also works closely with builders and is involved in building projects. If you are looking for a knowledgable, honest plumber with good workmanship. Marcelo is the tradesman I have been looking for! After calls to other tradies who simply grunt or answer the phone with a simple "hello" it was super refreshing to call someone who actually identified themselves on the phone and prompted with their business name. Marcelo quickly gave me a quote, which was reasonable, gave me great advice on what needed doing, arrived at my house the next day, exactly when he said he would, and was in and out in a few minutes. All the while happily chatting and giving advice about my hot water system. He even recommended another tradesman for some other issues around the house. Safe to say he will have my business for the future without question. Cant recommend highly enough

Marcelo from Tap This Plumbing was referred to me by a friend who had used with for a number of years. Our situation was that we had water damage from leaks both upstairs and downstairs, our home insurance company had sent out three different contractors and could not find either leak. Marcelo arrived on time, listened to our needs and found/repaired both leaks within two hours. He cleaned up after his work and explained to us what was wrong with photo evidence. Such a genuine professional, I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends!
